What you are agreeing to, in the length it actually takes.
Hermeas is software you point at your own accounts, provided by Enterprises Automated Inc. These terms cover what it may do on your behalf, what it will not do without you, and what happens when either side stops.
The service
An agent that reads, drafts and waits
Hermeas connects to systems you already use, reads what they hold, and prepares work against your deals. By default anything that sends, spends or books is held for a person. That gate is a state in the record rather than a habit anyone has to remember, and it is the part of this product least likely to change.
Your account
You are responsible for who you let in, and for what you connect
You confirm you may connect the mailboxes, CRM and recordings you connect, and that doing so does not breach an agreement you have with somebody else. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us if it stops being yours.
Your data
Yours, and it stays yours
You keep every right in the content you connect or upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you — storing it, processing it, and showing it back to the people in your organisation entitled to see it. We do not sell it, and we do not train general-purpose models on it.
What it will not do
No sending, spending or booking without a person, unless you choose otherwise
An agent may draft an email, propose a price or prepare a document, and a person releases it. An organisation may switch a workflow to Autopilot, step by step; those steps then send within the limits it set, and the organisation is responsible for them. If an action reached the outside world without an approval or an Autopilot setting in the record, that is a defect and we want to hear about it the same day.
Acceptable use
Not for bulk unsolicited mail, and not for anything unlawful
Do not use Hermeas to send mail to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to impersonate somebody, to reverse-engineer the service, or to break the terms of the providers you connect. Sending happens from your own mailbox under your own reputation, which is the strongest reason to keep it honest.

Their terms still apply to you
Mail, LinkedIn, calendars, CRMs and voice providers are used through your own accounts. You remain bound by their terms, including any limits on automated activity, and you choose the pace Hermeas works at within them. Hermeas is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Confidentiality and data
Each side keeps the other’s confidential information confidential
Neither side may disclose the other’s non-public information except to people who need it to perform these terms, or where the law requires. Where Hermeas processes personal data on your behalf, the data processing agreement, available on request, forms part of these terms.
Money
Subscriptions and credits, charged in advance
Plans are billed to the card on file for the period you chose. Credits are consumed by generation and are not refundable once spent. Change or cancel a plan at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Availability
Provided as it is, with no promise of uptime yet
This is early software and it says so. There is no service level agreement, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and no undertaking that a connected provider will keep behaving as it does today. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending it
Either side can stop, and you can take your data with you
Cancel whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms or the law, and will say why. On request within thirty days of ending, we will export what is held for you and then erase it.

Material changes are announced before they apply
