Anything that sends, spends or signs is held for a person. Provider keys are stored encrypted per organisation. What this deployment does not hold is named on this page rather than left out of it.
The gate
The approval is a state in the record, not a habit anyone has to remember
An agent action that would reach a customer is written to the record as held. It does not proceed because somebody is busy, and it cannot be released by the agent that proposed it.
What is stored
Provider keys are encrypted per organisation
Each organisation supplies its own model credentials; they are encrypted at rest and decrypted only to make that organisation’s own calls.
The record
What each agent read, concluded and did — kept, and readable later
Time-ordered per account. The point of keeping it is that a decision can be argued with months after the person who made it has moved on.
Certifications
This deployment holds none of them yet, and says so
ISO 42001, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and HIPAA are listed on the home page as slots. A certification claimed before it is held is the one claim on a security page that can never be recovered from.
